Does anyone attend Autism support groups? - autism support

Recently joined a group of autistic local support. I desperately need people around Get "It". The outputs have a freedom to your child how to incorporate swimming and gymnastics, etc.. So the autistic child and his siblings. Just wonder if anyone ever such a thing and what is in store for us.
